Español: La sardina, dulce oficial del Carnaval

Precisamente un homenaje “dulce” a la sardina, cuyo entierro cierra las fiestas, conforma una de las grandes novedades de este Carnaval. Igual que el día de Todos los Santos, Reyes o la Semana Santa cuentan con sus dulces tradicionales, el Ayuntamiento y la Asociación de Cocineros y Reposteros de Madrid (ACYRE) han impulsado la creación de un postre vinculado al Carnaval.

Esta mañana la directora general de Comercio y Emprendimiento, Concepción Díaz de Villegas, ha presentado el concurso en el hotel Miguel Ángel, acompañado de Getsemaní de San Marcos, directora general de Programas y Actividades Culturales, y de Begoña Gardel, repostera del hotel, y ha invitado a los profesionales madrileños de la gastronomía a elaborar una sardina de chocolate para que la mejor se convierta en el postre oficial del Carnaval madrileño.
