Description
English: The vestibule of the historic main building of the University of Copenhagen (1844-53) features a Prometheus cycle by Constantin Hansen. This fresco, to the left of the central fresco, depicts Apollo consoling Prometheus. The frames and other wall decorations are by Georg Hilker (1807-1875).
