John So'ohu, National Hospital Infection Support Officer, with Australian volunteers Mary Elliot, Lilian Downie and Natalie Gray. Together they painted a ‘hand hygiene’ mural to promote clean hands and better hygiene at the National Referral Hospital in Honiara, Solomon Islands, after new hand-washing stations were installed.
