Summary edit

Description ASAN, Guam (Dec. 16, 2013)— Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas Executive Officer Capt. Douglas King, left, reminds U.S. Naval Base Guam Deputy Production Manager Ensign Christopher Villalta to always keep the boot clean and presentable during a meeting at the NAVFAC Marianas headquarters in Asan, Guam Dec. 16. As the most junior ensign of a Seabee command or the Civil Engineer Corps, Villalta carries on NAVFAC tradition by maintaining and protecting the boot from theft.
