English: The white portion is the pulao which is usually made of basmati rice fried lightly in cow ghee.it also contains vegetables such as carrot,capsicum,beans etc.the yellow dish is the mangsho(mutton) which is cooked using several indian spices such as garam masala,red chilli powder,jeera-dhaniya powder etc.the white dish is misti doi which is very famous in west bengal,india.it is actually curd mixed with caramalised sugar and elachi powder.the whole dish is served in a banana leaf with salads. |
