Summary edit

Description

Beyond the roads, markets and new businesses, local communities around Paoua, Central African Republic, are investing in a key asset for their future – schooling for the next generation.

In this area in the north west, around 80% of children had to abandon school altogether to flee fighting between the government and armed rebels in 2008.
