Description
English: Puri sabji, an Indian Sub-continent delicacy generally for meal or breakfast. It is basically Puri, dip fried flatebread of flour, ghuguni (sabji) of chana dal/matar. Sometimes, appetizers like tomatto tok, jelly, chutney, achaar, raw onion, lemon, green chilli etc. are added. Here in the plate, there is puri ghuguni of chana daal, achaar of lemon and common plum.
