Description
English: Purity Factories Jam Jams are sandwich cookies consisting of sponge cookie outer layers and a jam middle. They are produced in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada by Purity Factories Ltd. Jams Jams typically come in tin tie packages that contain 350 grams of product or clear plastic packages that contain 425 grams of product. Sometimes they can be purchased in packages of two cookies (Purity Factories, Ltd. 2021c). Their ingredients include enriched flour, sugar, icing sugar, vegetable oil shortening, water, glucose, dried apple, whey powder, salt, baking soda, citric acid, cream of tartar, artificial colour and flavour, ammonium bicarbonate, pectic, and tartrazine. Jam Jams are a very popular snack food in Newfoundland and Labrador and other locations across Canada.
