ଓଡ଼ିଆ: ଭାରତୀୟ ଉପଦ୍ବୀପରେ ଦେଖାଦେଉଥିବା ସନବାର୍ଡ଼ ବା ହମିଂ ବାର୍ଡ଼ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଏହା ସବୁଠାରୁ ସାଧାରଣ ଭାବରେ ଦେଖାଦେଉଥିବା ପକ୍ଷୀ ବହୁତ ସାନ ଆକାରର ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଫୁଲଗଛରୁ ଫୁଲ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ମହୁ ଖାଇବାର ଦେଖାଯାଇଥାଏ ଛୁଆ ସାନ ଥିଲାବେଳେ ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ବେଳେ ବେଳେ କୀଟପତଙ୍କର ଶୀକାର ମଧ୍ୟ କରେ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାରର ପକ୍ଷୀ ବହୁତ ଦୂର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉଡ଼ି ଯାଇପାରେନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସମୟ ଏମାନେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଫୁଲଗଛରେ ଡାଳକୁ ଡାଳ ଡେଉଁଥିବା ଦେଖାଯାଏ
ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଛରୁ ତଳକୁ ଝୁଲୁଥିବା ବସା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରେ ଏବଂ ସେଠାରେ ଅଣ୍ଡାଦିଏ ପୁରୁଷ ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କ ରଙ୍ଗ ଗହିରିଆ ବାଈଗଣୀ ଓ ନୀଳ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ପେଟ ହଳଦିଆ କିମ୍ବା ବାଇଗଣୀ ହୋଇଥାଏ ଏବଂ ଦେହର ଉପର ଅଂଶ ଗାଢ଼ ବାଦାମୀ ରଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇଥାଏ ସେହିପରି ମାଇ ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦେହ ହଳଦିଆ ଓ ଉପର ଭାଗ ଧୁସର ରଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇଥାଏ ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ଦଶ ସେମିରୁ ବି ସାନ ହୋଇଥାଏ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ଥଣ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଆକାରର ଓ ବଙ୍କା ହୋଇଥାଏ, ଯାହା ଦ୍ବାରା ସେମାନେ ଫୁଲ ଭିତରୁ ମହୁ ବାହାର କରିଥାନ୍ତି ଏମାନେ ଫୁଲ ନିକଟରେ ଅନେକ ସମୟ ଉଡ଼ି ଉଡ଼ି ମହୁ ବାହାର କରିପାରନ୍ତି ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଏମାନଙ୍କ ଡେଣା ମିନିଟରେ ୩ଶହ ଥରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଥର ହଲିଥାଏ ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଏମାନେ ଶୂନ୍ୟରେ ଝୁଲିରହି ମହୁ ବାହାର କରିପାରନ୍ତି ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତ ସମେତ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା, ବଙ୍ଗଳାଦେଶ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଦେଖାଯାଆନ୍ତି ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଫୁଲ ଗଛ ରହୁଥିବା ଅଞ୍ଚଳମାନଙ୍କରେ ଏମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥାଏ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବଗିଚାମାନଙ୍କରେ ଏମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥାଏ ଏମାନେ କୌଣସି ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ରହନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଏହି ପକ୍ଷୀ ଜନବସତି ଠାରୁ ଦୂରରେ ଥିବା ଘଞ୍ଚ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବି ଦେଖାଯାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ |
