Original language title: Nederlands: "Pustaha over een beschermmiddel". Een versierd boek van berkenbast in het schrift van de Batak van Noord-Sumatra. Pustahas waren boeken waarin magische ritualen werden beschreven, die uitsluitend voor de geestelijke leiders van de Batak en hun leerlingen bedoeld waren. Deze pustaha beschrijft een afweermiddel tegen het kwaad en komt uit de bijzondere collecties van het KITLV/Koninklijk instituut voor taal-, land- en volkenkunde te Leiden. |
