DescriptionPyramid by Stefan Knapp - geograph.org.uk - 561934.jpg |
English: Pyramid by Stefan Knapp. To the rear of Church House is a water-garden which was maintained by Cathy Knapp as a tribute to the work of her late husband, Stefan Knapp (1921-1996) who pioneered the technique of enamel artwork on steel.
In 2008, Cathy moved the collection to Maes Mawr near Caersws 901544 which she converted into an art gallery and centre for art courses http://www.midwalesarts.org.uk/. The churchyard of St John the Evangelist can be seen in the background. |
