| Description |
English: The blue dot in the middle represents the digital cash, or central bank money, which lies in the center of the money system. This money never leaves the central bank and are used only by the big banks when they transfer debts to one another. The big red area represents the illusion of money in our bank accounts, but which really is just the banks debts to the customers. These liabilities are created when people go to the bank to "borrow". The thin black line that surrounds the circle, represents the physical money, notes and coins. Svenska: Den blå pricken i mitten representerar digitala kontanter eller centralbankspengar, vilka finns i centrum av penningsystemet. Dessa pengar finns på centralbanken och är enbart till för storbankerna, som använder dem då de flyttar skulder till och från varandra. Det stora röda fältet representerar siffrorna på våra bankkonton. Siffrorna ger en illusion av att vara pengar, men är egentligen endast bankernas skulder till sina kunder. Dessa skulder skapas i samband med kreditgivningen, då människor så att säga går till banken för att "låna" pengar. Det tunna svarta strecket som omsluter cirkeln representerar fysiska pengar, sedlar och mynt. |
