Svenska: Fridlysningsföreskrifter: Förbud mot avverkning och annan direkt skadegörelse liksom varje annan åtgärd, som kan äventyra trädets trivsel. Ett område motsvarande trädets krona, skall vara fritt från störande föremål och vegetation, som kan konkurrera med den fridlysta granen. En metallskylt med texten: “NATURMINNE fridlyst enligt lag” skall uppsättas på särskild stolpe invid det fridlysta trädet.
Enär ifrågavarande gran får anses vara av den märkliga beskaffenhet, att den bör särskilt skyddas, förklarar länsstyrelsen, som i ärendet inhämtat yttrande från Svenska Naturskyddsföreningen, jämlikt 5 och 6 §§ Naturskyddslagen den 21 november 1952 granen fridlyst såsom naturminne. LÄNSSTYRELSEN I ÄLVSBORGS LÄN resolution. i nedannämnda ärende rörande fridlysning av naturminne, given Vänersborg i landskansliet den 12 februari 1960
