Description
Deutsch: Kaikoura (Beach) ist ein vom Ökotourismus geprägter Ort an der Ostküste der Südinsel Neuseelands.
In der Gegend stehen paläogene Kalksteine an. Persönlich denke ich, dass dies durch Bewegung in der Brandungszone abgerundete Kalksteine sind, die durch bohrende Fossilien "durchlöchert" wurden. Solche bohrende Fossilien gibt es in vielen Zeitaltern. Kommentar: Geoz
