Stema comunei Ciuchici, potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat.În partea superioară, în câmp verde, se află doi ciorchini de struguri cu câte două frunze de aur.În partea inferioară, în câmp de argint, se află o terasă vălurită verde, pe care tronează un berbec merinos văzut din semiprofil spre dreapta.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Aşezarea este vestită în cultivarea strugurilor, soiul "ciuchician".Relieful zonei este deluros, iar locuitorii se ocupă cu creşterea oilor.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
