Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Gălăuțaș, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată.

În partea superioară, în dreapta, în câmp roșu, se află o cruce de aur.

În partea superioară, în stânga, în câmp verde, se află un cap de berbec de aur, privind spre dreapta.

În vârful scutului se află un munte din care iese un brad, totul de argint.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Crucea simbolizează biserica de lemn cu hramul Adormirii Maicii Domnului.

Capul de berbec reprezintă ocupația de bază a locuitorilor, creșterea oilor.

Muntele reprezintă forma de relief predominantă, iar bradul face referire la bogăția silvică a zonei.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
