Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.6, stema comunei Poplaca se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, cu bordură albastră şi câmp roşu încărcat cu o bandă de argint. În partea superioară se află trei brăduţi de argint. În partea inferioară se află un cerb de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate. Brazii şi cerbul simbolizează bogăţiile silvice şi cinegetice ale zonei. Banda de argint reprezintă pârtia de schi din localitate. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
