Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.9, stema comunei Sadu se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în şef. În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află 6 săgeţi de argint care pleacă din acelaşi punct. În partea inferioară, în câmp de argint, se află 3 stele albastre, dispuse 2: 1. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiilea elementelor însumate. Cele 6 săgeţi reprezintă prima centrală mixtă hidrotermoelectrică construită în localitate. Cele 3 stele simbolizează personalităţile marcante din istoria localităţii Micu Klein, Samuil Klein şi Piuariu Molnar. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
