Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of sphingolipid transport in C. trachomatis infected KD cells. Control (Video S1), Rab6A KD (Video S2), Rab11A KD cells (Video S3), Rab6A-Rab11A double KD cells (Video S4), Control+siRNA p115 (Video S5), Rab6A KD+siRNA p115 (Video S6), Rab11A KD+siRNA p115 (Video S7) were infected with C. trachomatis (MOI 1) for one day. BODIPY-FL C5-ceramide was added directly to cells. The time-lapse covers about 60 min.
