Locality: Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada
Golden raite "suns" on dark red/brown "eudialyte" (mostly covered by a thin unid coating). From an analyzed find with steenstrupine-(Ce), lovozerite group etc., etc. The raite color in this find varied greatly but it was determined to be all raite (no yofortierite). The raite is unusually enriched in Zn however. (Thanks to Tony Steede for this information.)
