Das ist das Verbandabzeichen der Raketenschule des Heeres ( RakS (H) der Bundeswehr, Standort: Eschweiler, 1962-1974. (Siehe auch Bearbeitungsstatus vom 9. Nov. 2009). Gebildet aus Lehrgruppe A (Köln-Longerich) und Teilen Schule Techn. Truppen (Eschweiler)

  • ohne 1962 -1973 Raketenschule des Heeres. Entstanden aus Teilen der Schule TechnTrp I und der Lehrgruppe A der ArtS aus Köln Longerich, aufgestellt in Eschweiler/Geilenkirchen
  • 1974- 1981 Raketenschule der Art. In Verbindung mit RakArtLBtl 72 in Geilenkirchen. Jeweils dem Heeresamt unterstellt.
  • 1981 auflösung der RakS Art in Geilenkirchen und Eingliederung als Lehrgruppe B in ArtS Idar-Oberstein
