English: Rath at Cavanacaw. Looking north past the western end of the circular rath; it consists of a raised ditch and is bounded by mature trees at intervals. The diameter is about 70-80 metres, but surprisingly this very prominent feature is not indicated on the OS map and it can be seen from quite a distance - see 1050100. |
