Description
Español: Salón principal de la Real Biblioteca de San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Entre las principales bibliotecas del mundo. Felipe II designa a Benito Arias Montano (1576) Librero Mayor de El Escorial, formando la Biblioteca y dirigiendo el Colegio de San Lorenzo el Real, siendo su discípulo Fray José de Sigüenza. Decorada con una importante colección pictórica en la que destacaba desaparecida durante la francesada.
