Description
English: Architecture of a wild-type microcolony grown on nutrient-limiting medium. Animation was created from 3D renderings using ImageJ 3D Viewer. The original images were taken from cells incubated for 24 h on SC medium agar. Z-stacks were taken in 1.73 µM increments. The colony is approximately 26 µm tall.
