Description

Aus dem Archiv: Mit der in Deutschland entwickelten Experimentanlage MEDEX (Medical Experiment Support System), die bei MIR'97 erstmals zum Einsatz kam, lassen sich über eine Vielzahl von Datensensoren u.a. die Herz- und Kreislaufreaktionen des Kosmonauten auf definierte Belastungen messen und zur Erde übertragen (Telemedizin). Die Tschibis genannte Unterdruckhose erzeugt, wie hier bei Reinhold Ewald, eine solche Belastung durch Anlegen eines verminderten Drucks auf den Unterkörper.
