| Description | M.Titchen, Benfleet. A very long established family business, certainly well over 40 years, Formerly owned by Harry Titchen, now run by Martyn Titchen. I always remember a small fleet, perhaps 3 at the most, of 41 or 45 seaters, Bedford VAM, Ford R192 or SB, including a rare ex-Salopa petrol engined SB3. But, despitei the name, never an AEC Reliance. A very very smart coach, one of two identical vehicles in the fleet which were both new to the operator - I only ever second -hand vehicles used in the 1970s, but they were also always immaculate. |
