Description Maintenance and repair crews from the St. Paul and Rock Island districts installed the Lock and Dam 5A lock gate that was damaged by a tow boat in May. The crews worked together during the summer at the Rock Island District service base to repair the gate prior to bringing it back to the lock located in Fountain City, Wis.
