Both of these houses are still extant 2020. Under the current numbering system, the house on the left is 829 36th Ave. E. They are not in Madrona, though, they are just south of E. Ward St in the Washington Park neighborhood, between Madison Valley and Madison Park. The house on the right is on the corner of 36th Ave. E. and E. Ward.

829 36th Ave. E. was built in 1903 and 833 36th Ave E. (on the right) was built 1902.
