Description
Français : Aussitôt rentré au port d' Ars-en-Ré, le patron du Jason IV, aidé par deux personnes (sa famille?), trie et prépare les seiches pour la vente du lendemain. La peau et le sépion (os de seiche) sont séparés de la chair blanche. Le pont, la timonerie du bateau et les bacs en plastique sont maculés d' une substance noire la sépia (encre de seiche) que les céphalopodes ont projetée violemment grâce à leur siphon, en réaction de défense lorsque les filets ont été virés. Les seiches pêchées sont des seiches communes (sepia officinalis).
