A feel for what can be a difficult topic to wade thru numbers on.

Summary edit

Description
English: Cosine is an organic pattern of change all around us in planets to things to small to be seen, invisible waveforms etc. It seems hard to get a feel for, but really all have felt in child's swing. Cosine alignment with gravity force is fullest speed and vertical reach in the system. Were cos=1(cos1). The breathless stall at ends of movement are were cosine has dropped to Zer0. If know vertical reach and/or speed at cos1; can interpolate those times for the whole span of the swing by applying the cosine pattern stretching between Zer0/cos0 and peaking out at cos1.
