Confirmation, correction and/or surname would be welcome) who runs the museum in and around the Northern Pacific Railway Depot, Washington St. & Railroad Ave, Ritzville, Washington, U.S. The museum is a contributing property of the Ritzville Historic District. In this picture, he is wearing a telegraph key as a belt buckle.
