Description
English: River Medlock, Park Bridge Heritage Centre, Tameside. Park Bridge is about halfway between Ashton-under-Lyne and Oldham. Until 1963, Park Bridge was an ironworks (rivets for the Eiffel Tower were made here). The area is now a combination of restored industrial buildings and remains in a countryside setting
