Three stages of cytokinesis at the beginning of the time-lapse movies (contractile-ring maturation, constriction, and septum maturation) are marked with Rlc1-tdTomato and shown in the lower panels. The movies focus on the middle focal plane of the cell and images were taken at a rate of 3 fps for the Syb1 channel for 1 min. This video corresponds to Fig 2B and 2C. Display rate: 6 fps. |
