Description
English: Fragment of a fired clay bead of probable Roman date. Its form can not be identified, but is likely to be cylindrical or globular. It is pink/orange in colour. The edges around the perforation are flat. The walls are mostly missing and none of the original surface survives. At one end the perforation is circular, on the other it is oblong. It is 5.9mm long, with a diameter of 6.8mm and the perforation has a diameter of 2.4-3.5mm. It weighs 0.18g.
