Rheintöchter. Drei jugendliche Rheintöchter mit Schuppenbeinen erheben sich über die Fluten. Während zwei von ihnen eine goldene Krone in die Höhe heben, stützt sich die Dritte auf eine goldene Leier und blickt in die Ferne.1897. Silber. Auf flachem Ebenholzsockel. Höhe 43 cm. Einzige Ausführung, die nicht wiederholt wird.

—- Die Gruppe der Rheintöchter und des Siegfried waren ursprünglich als Teile eines Siegfriedbrunnens für Aachen gedacht und entworfen worden, der mit einem Denkmal für Kaiser Wilhelm I. verbunden werden sollte. Die Rheintöchter bringen dem Kaiser die Krone dar.
