Notes
English: The paintings by Rudolf von Alt depict the Count's apartment at Riemergasse 8, Innere Stadt in Vienna, and not as sometimes assumed the Count's later Palais at Jacquingasse 16-18, Landstraße district. All in all about 10 paintings of the apartment were done by von Alt. Alt's detailed work shows art pieces, that are recognisable and were later housed in the Palais at Jacquingasse. On the left side behind the reading count is a marble bust of w:Friedrich von Schiller, done by w:Johann Heinrich Dannecker. Paintings by Jacob van Ruisdael, Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller, Thomas Gainsborough, and Claude are recognisable. The largest painting hanging close the count's head is by Anton von Maron The Brothers Franciszek and Kazimierz Rzewuski with Roman Buildings in the Background and hangs today in the Lanckoroński Gallery in the Royal Castle, Warsaw.
