Español: El PP teme que la sentencia sobre la Casa de la Juventud tenga graves consecuencias económicas.
Los populares piden la dimisión de la alcaldesa de Santoña por haber aprobado un proyecto de construcción que no se ajustaba a las bases del concurso de ideas y además contaba con informes en contra del secretario y arquitecto municipales. Asimismo, piden a la alcaldesa que si tan segura está de que la sentencia no va a suponer un quebranto económico, firme un documento notarial por el que, de producirse lo contrario, se comprometa a responder con su patrimonio personal. La portavoz del Grupo Popular en el Ayuntamiento de Santoña, Milagros Rozadilla ha respondido de esta forma a la alcaldesa de Santoña, quien este martes aseguró que la sentencia del TSJC, emitida como consecuencia de un recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por el PP, sólo anula la resolución del concurso de ideas convocado para la construcción de la Casa de la Juventud, que dio como ganador a la propuesta "Atalaya", pero no obliga a demolerlo. |
