Русский: Кёнигсбергская операция (6−9 апреля 1945 года) — военная наступательная операция Вооружённых Сил СССР в ходе Великой Отечественной войны с целью ликвидации кёнигсбергской группировки немецких войск и захвата города-крепости Кёнигсберг.

9 апреля 1945 года после массированной бомбардировки и штурма крепости 11-й гвардейской армией генерал Ляш подписал акт о капитуляции. Немецкий гарнизон капитулировал. На башню Дона было водружено Знамя победы.

В результате операции основные силы восточно-прусской группировки немцев были разгромлены. Осталась только земландская группировка, которая была ликвидирована 25 апреля. Успешное овладение Кёнигсбергом войсками 3-го Белорусского фронта и пленение значительной части 100-тысячного гарнизона города развенчали миф о неприступности немецких крепостей и решающим образом повлияли на дальнейший ход войны, позволили командованию Красной армии перенести основной удар на Земландский полуостров.

На почтовой марке изображён барельеф с группой советских солдат во время Кёнигсбергской операции.
