Description
English: Russian gold crucifix pendant, with light blue enamel and the initialism ІНЦІ, the Church Slavonic version for INRI. Engraved inscription in Russian on the back reads – “Спаси и сохрани” (‘Save and Protect’). Also marked with the arms of Saint Petersburg and maker’s Russian initials РВ stand for Рудольф-Константин Вайде (Rudolf-Konstantin Weide). Made in Saint Petersburg in the late 19th century
