Il est né le 29 août 1763 à Vire (Calvados), mort le 23 avril 1833 à Paris.

Il est fils d’Henri-François Brouard, sieur de Grandmont, marchand et ancien consul de la ville de Viré dans le Calvados et de Louise Monlieu.

DE KOENIG Charlotte-Adélaïde-Henriette, (1784-1868), épouse en 2e noce d'Etienne Brouard

Elle est née vers 1784 à Berlin, décédée le 8 janvier 1868 à Paris 9e, (vue 8/31, acte n° 40).

La tombe est dans la 19e division, 3e ligne, n° 26, chemin Artot, concession n° 227P-1833
