English: SAGEM ː Société d'applications generales d'electricité et de mécanique is a French company which existed from 1925 to 2005. The SP5A model which contains only electromechanical components was supplied from 1945 to the French telecommunications administration. At the top the electromagnet with 2 coils which receives the line current. The mechanisms are distributed in groups of 5 due to the 5-moment Baudot code. Note the large number of screws and mechanisms that required frequent lubrication. In the 1960s, the SPE5 version included electronic components on printed circuits, including transistors.

Le modèle SP5A qui ne contient que des composants électromécaniques a été fourni à partir de 1945 à l'administration française des télécommunications. En haut l'électroaimant à 2 bobines qui reçoit le courant de ligne. Les mécanismes sont distribués par groupe de 5 en raison du code Baudot à 5 moments. A noter le grand nombre de vis et de mécanismes qui nécessitaient des graissages fréquents. Dans les années 1960, la version SPE5 inclut des composants électroniques sur circuits imprimés dont des transistors. |
