Description
Bahasa Melayu: Tempe adalah satu makanan yang amat popular dikalangan masyarakat Malaysia, tidak kira apa jua bangsa mahupun agama. Menu ini telah diolah citarasanya berdasarkan warisan keluarga.

Bahan2 yang diperlukan adalah:

2 peket tempe 20 keping cili kering* 2 biji bawang merah* 1 biji bawang besar* 3 ulas bawang putih* segemnggam ikan bilis 4 sudu kicap garam setengan cawan kecil air asam jawa minyak masak untuk menumis dan menggoreng 2 sudu gula melaka / 1 gula pasir

  • kesemua bahan bertanda hendaklah di kisar.

Cara penyediaannya:

1. Kisar bahan yang betanda * 2. Goreng ikan bilis dan tempe yang telah dihiris nipis (ikut citarasa) sehingga garing. Setelah garing angkat dan ketepikan. 3. Tumis bahan yang telah dikisar sehingga pecah minyak 4. Masukkan air asam jawa setelah pecah minyak 5. Tunggu sehingga garing dan sambal berwarna cantik, masukkan gula dan kicap. 6.Tambah sedikit air jika ingin sambal berkuah sedikit 7. Gaul rata perasakan dengan garam dan masukkan tempe dan ikan bilis 8. Siap dihidang bersama ikan goreng, timun dan nasi panas.
