Description

All men are of the 1st Bn., 255th Inf. Regt., 63rd Div., just out of the line. Technique used is result of First and Third Army experiences in bunker reduction. Here, Lt. James A. Undine, La Grange, Ill., of Co. A, briefs men of Co. B, before running the problem. He is telling them, "Men, this is the last day run. Next time you do, it will be for the record in the Siegfried Line". Serious faces speak for themselves. 13 March, 1945. Sarreguemines area, France.
