Description
English: SDRF Uttarakhand S&R training at AULI, Nanda Devi Institute of Adventure Sports and Outdoor Education (NDI ). Similar to HAWS, the course is intense and teaches survival and S&R in extremely cold snow bound areas. The course is specifically designed for SDRF Uttarakhand and is conducted in high altitude Himalayan areas under the strict supervision of senior instructors with back ground of HAWS, NIM and ITBP. NDI also offers courses in basic mountaineering and community based disaster response.
