Description North Wales. The other night I nipped out for supplies and taking my camera with me tried my luck with this shot taken in Bangor’s High Street. Night photography is not my scene, I’m more a sunny snapshot taker so the camera is handheld, set for automatic daytime operation but did have my new Nikkor_17-55mm f/2.8 attached. I had heard the lens was good in low light conditions. Whatever the merits or lack of merit of this shot, artistic or technical, it impressed me with the way this lens can perform. The shot is straight from the camera, no post processing.
