Summary edit

Description
English: KOMO-TV "Back to School Safety Contest", Seattle, Washington, 1954. Related to driver training, apparently. Seattle Engineering Department truck in front of the "Safety Trial with Roy and Dale" bus. "Roy and Dale" would be Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. That may be Roy Rogers at left, hard to tell with the sunglasses. Possibly Seattle Mayor Allan Pomeroy at right. No idea who is the man in the middle. Sign visible behind the bus (through its windows) appears to say "International Trucks". If someone knows more about this, please do add to this description.
Date
Source Safety Driving Center, 1954. That in turn comes from Item 45920, Engineering Department Photographic Negatives (Record Series 2613-07), Seattle Municipal Archives.
