Item 12214, Engineering Department Photographic Negatives (Record Series 2613-07), Seattle Municipal Archives. Seattle Municipal Archives changed its URL scheme circa 2022; the older URLs beginning with "clerk" are deprecated, and will eventually fail. English: Looking east on Olive Way from Westlake Ave, Downtown Seattle, Washington, U.S. 1938. At right is the Medical Dental Building, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. At this time, only the western half of the building as it stands today had been constructed; also, the lower two stories had a significantly different treatment than later.
