English: Sonarang Jora Math" is known as Jora Math in the so-called history, but it is basically a twin temple. The village of Sonarang in Tongibari upazila of Munshiganj district has this marvelous archeological pattern of the eighteenth century. According to a stone inscription of the temple, a Hindu named Rupchandra of the area built the big Kali Mandir in 1843 and the small temple in 18. The small temple is basically a Shiva temple. The height of the big temple is about 15 meters. The verandas of the two temples are adjacent to the main chambers of worship. There is also a large pond in front of the temple. This village belongs to a beautiful “Moth (মথ)” (a place for praying by Hindu religious people) which is known as “Sonarong Jora Moth”
