Description
English: Saint Andrew's Gardens at the junction of Gray's Inn Road and Wren Street in the London Borough of Camden, England, UK. When the parish churchyard of Saint Andrew, Holborn, became full, the land now forming the gardens was consecrated in 1754 as a burial ground. It was closed to burials in 1850, and converted into public gardens in 1885 when Saint Pancras Borough Council acquired it together with a strip of land at the southern edge.
