La inscripción (izquierda) dice: ANDRES DVARTE CORO/NEL VECINO DE TVY AVSENTE / HEREJE JVDAIZANTE RECONCILI/ADO RELAJADO EN ESTATVA AÑO DE / 1619. Manteta, popularmente denominada sambenito, de Antonia Gómez, viuda de Fernando Pereira. Año de 1617. Se exhibe en el Museo Diocesano de Tuy (Pontevedra). La inscripción (derecha) dice: ANTONIA GOMEZ VIVDA [DE] / FERNANDO PEREYRA NATVRAL DE [CORV]/ÑA VEZINA DE LA CIVDAD DE TVY [TAM]/BIEN VUE MUGER DE DIEGO FALCON HERE/GE JUDAIZANTE RECONCILIADA AÑO DE / [1617].
English: Manteta, popularly called sambenito, belonging to Andrés Duarte Coronel. Year 1619. It is exhibited in the Diocesan Museum of Tuy (Pontevedra). The inscription (left), translated into English, reads: Andres Duarte Colonel (as surname), neighbor of Tuy, absent, Judaizing heretic, reconciled, relaxed in statue, year of 1619. Manteta, popularly called sambenito, belonging to Antonia Gómez, Widow of Fernando Pereira. Year 1617. It is exhibited in the Diocesan Museum of Tuy (Pontevedra). The inscription (right), translated into English, reads: Antonia Gomez, widow of Fernando Pereira, born in La Coruña, neighbor of the city of Tuy. She was also the wife of Diego Falcon Heredia. Heretic, Judaizing, reconciled. Year 1617.
